Murad Vitalic Energizing Pomegranate Cleanser

I have used up the sample of Murad Vitalic Energizing Pomegranate Cleanser I received in my March Edition of Bag of Love.

Pros:

• I did not experience any skin reactions. No blemishes, no allergy reactions.
• The pump provides you with a luxurious lather without any effort. (So no need to rub your hands together for a foam).

• Fuss-free application and washes off easily, leaving skin feeling clean. (Take note however, if you have make-up on, I find that this cleanser does not remove it well. Mind you I only use under eye concealer).  

Under eye concealer residue with toner application right after washing with Murad Vitalic Energizing Pomegranate Cleanser  without using a make-up remover.

I do not particularly love the smell of the product. It has a very mild scent which in my opinion do not smell pomegranate-like at all. The faint smell of it makes me wonder if it would be better as a fragrance-free cleanser?

According to Murad, the products in the Vitalic range  "Keeps combination skin in perfect, beautiful balance. Evens oily and dry zones. Clears clogged pores."

I do have combination skin but it is more on the drier side. So while it did kept the oilier parts of my face less oily, I find that the drier parts (which I have more of) felt quite dried out and uncomfortable.

In conclusion, I do not particularly love this Murad cleanser. It may be more suitable for those who have combination skin which is more on the oilier side. I would have like it better if it was either fragrance-free or has a more refreshing pomegranate scent. But that is just me! ^_^
